Plenty of property repairs are simple. The ones that stall are the ones that need something else first: a structural engineer’s report, a set of drawings, listed building consent, or a conversation with the council.
We handle those in-house. We inspect, bring in the engineer where needed, prepare the drawings and consents, price the work and carry it out, with one point of contact and one invoice.
For landlords and asset managers we also carry out measured surveys and feasibility studies, for example testing how many flats a building can take above a commercial ground floor before a planning application.
