From there: full design, the planning application, and the build itself, with sustainability designed in from the outset rather than bolted on to satisfy a condition. We've passed one of the most demanding local-authority eco frameworks in England; a Dorset self-build holds no fear.

Do you handle sustainability and eco requirements?

Yes; we design to local eco and energy policy from the outset. We've passed Bristol City Council's sustainability framework — among the toughest in England.

Replacement dwelling — knock down and rebuild?

Often a strong route: the existing house establishes the principle of a dwelling, and the design case is about betterment. We'll assess yours honestly.
