01 — THE BUILD
We installed Type C cavity-drain tanking with a sump pump, added a kitchenette and WCs, and formed a new access at pavement level.
02 — ONE TEAM
Design, building regulations and construction were all handled by Set Square, with one programme and one point of contact.
