PROJECT / TAUNTON, SOMERSET
How many more residents could the home take?

01 — THE LAYOUT
A new block takes the kitchen, laundry, dining and lounges. The existing building becomes all bedrooms with level-access en-suites, and an enclosed link joins the two on every floor.
02 — WHY FEASIBILITY FIRST
Care schemes carry fire, heritage, ecology and highways questions as well as the layout. A feasibility study answers the big ones early, so the operator knows what the site can take and roughly what it will cost before committing to a full application.
03 — WHAT WE DELIVERED
- Measured survey and site appraisal
- Feasibility layouts, Rev A, September 2026
- Bed count and accommodation schedule
- Route to planning
04 — WHERE IT STANDS
