New balconies for 30 flats, without a forest of scaffolding.
Section 20 works for a residents’ association: replacement steel balconies to all 30 flats, new penthouse balconies and a remodelled entrance.

01 — THE IDEA
Instead of scaffolding the whole block, we built a new access ramp so mobile access platforms could reach every balcony. Less disruption for residents, and a better entrance at the end of it.
