PROCESS
How a project actually goes.
No black box. Here’s the path from a first conversation to a finished building — and who’s responsible at each step. (Spoiler: us, throughout.)
Consultation
We meet, look at your site and your goals, and give you an honest read on what’s possible — including what isn’t. No fee-quoting before we understand the job.
Feasibility & concept
For anything non-standard — a plot, a barn, a listed home — we test viability before you commit real money to a full application.
Design
We develop the scheme and the drawings, with you, until the design on paper is the building you want.
Planning & consents
We assemble any specialist team needed and run the whole consent process — planning, listed building consent, heritage, ecology, licensing, building regs.
Build
The same studio constructs it, manages the trades and reports to you as it goes.
Handover
Finished, signed off, handed over. One team answered for all of it.

Real drawings from a real job.
Not marketing mock-ups — a working drawing set from a house remodel on Verwood Road, Dorset. Existing and proposed elevations side by side (the additions drawn in blue), then the full plan set: floor plans, roof plan, block plan and site plan. This is what your planning application is made of.
Step one is a conversation.
Tell us what you’re trying to build and we’ll tell you the path.
