Tom Hollington
Tom Hollington has worked as an Architectural Designer for Hollington Architect and Design Team Ltd for 15 years. Hollington Architects are specialist pub designers and architects offering a tailored design and management service to the licensed industry and have been established since 1988.
Tom is involved in the delivery of a project from brief to completion, seeking Local Authority consents for Licensing, Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent and Building Control Approval.
Tom has led in the diversification of Hollington Architects opening up new business opportunities in the healthcare sector and in retirement living. Hollington Architects are now retained by Day Lewis Plc. as their architects for all of their new pharmacy developments and assist them in securing planning permission, relevant licenses and the on-site construction.
His roles also include managing the build project in terms of design, programme and budget and an interior design role procuring both the Landlords and Operators Fixtures and Fittings. He has worked extensively for many of the leading licensed operators including Greene King, Mitchells & Butlers, Enterprise Inns, Braines Brewery, Marstons, Whitbread, Macarthy and Stone and many independent clients
